FB Flurry (including its predecessor started by the same founder), “Flurry”, has been providing fulfillment and technology service for over twenty years. Flurry is privately owned with a client-centric core value. We understand that our success is a direct result of the success of our clients. Managing inventory, shipping orders accurately and on-time, professionally processing returns are all daily metrics that we evaluate and at which we excel.
Flurry has four fulfillment centers (“FCs”) – 540,000 square foot and 472,00 square foot fulfillment centers in Dallas, TX, a 405,000 square foot fulfillment center in Florence, NJ and a 208,000 square foot fulfillment center in Salt Lake City, UT. Flurry also has a 200-seat contact center in Queretaro, Mexico. Flurry operates both the FCs and contact center 7 days per week. Orders received over the weekend will ship over the weekend.
Flurry’s technology is developed and managed by its sister company Snowfall Technologies (“Snowfall”). Snowfall has a modern stack distributed order management system and warehouse management system called Jazz Central (“Jazz”). Jazz also provides 24/7 real time access for Flurry’s clients. You will have access to over 100 reports plus all real-time information about your inventory, orders, shipments and more.
