FB Flurry LLC (“Flurry”) was started at the beginning of 2018 in Dallas, Texas by Jeff Zisk to establish a third-party fulfillment and customer care company supporting B2C and B2B businesses. Flurry purchased assets related to Speed Commerce Operating Company LLC’s (“Speed Commerce”) 540,000 square foot fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas and 200-seat contact center in Queretaro, Mexico, assumed related leases and hired approximately 150 of Speed Commerce’s employees and contractors. Flurry also assumed all Dallas client contracts as well as certain client contracts being serviced out of Speed Commerce’s Columbus, Ohio fulfillment facility.
Furry has experienced significant growth since 2018 and now works with over 20 brands providing fulfillment, customer care and technology services.
Jeff Zisk has been in the fulfillment and contact center business since starting SpeedFC (predecessor of Speed Commerce) in 2000. Jeff sold SpeedFC to a public company in 2012 and then had the opportunity to buy back a large portion of it in February 2018 – thus the beginning of Flurry.
Jeff has been an entrepreneur since starting his professional career in 1979 after graduating from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jeff has five start-up under his belt primarily in retail, distribution and technology.
